Joshua I. ★★★★★

The soft single ball is surprisingly gentle for a first try, while the heavier double one really makes you feel the work. I've been at it for three weeks and already notice better control during sex—definitely a worthwhile addition to my routine.

Sofia Z. ★★★★★

The progression from the soft single ball to the heavier double one actually makes you feel the workout building, which keeps me motivated. I've noticed a real difference in muscle control after just a few weeks of using the middle weight.

Henry X. ★★★★★

The single ball is so light I barely noticed it at first, but the jump to the heavy double ball is a real workout. I've been using them for three weeks now and I can actually feel a difference in my pelvic floor awareness during the day.
